Dr. Jones delivers two lectures at Fo Guang University in Yilan, Taiwan

On Wednesday, May 26th, 2010, STRS Professor Charles B. Jones presented “The Lord of Heaven or the Great Ultimate? Chinese Responses to the Jesuits’ Proposition of a Primordial Chinese Monotheism.”  On Thursday, May 27th, 2010, he presented  “Foundations of Ethics and Practice in Chinese Pure Land Buddhism.” This lecture was delivered in Mandarin Chinese.
